I have owned Leatherman tools since the first version was available. This is the second set of the add-on tool bits that I purchased for my Charge. The first set had a clear platic bit holder much like the manufacturer photos illustrate. The second set have the black bit holder. The original bit holder cracked apart when carried behind the Leatherman in the sheath causing some bits to be lost. The plastic was more riogid and suject to age cracking. The second appears to adress these problems. I am still carrying the bits in the ugly acessory case. I may move them to the sheath when I am convinced the holder will not self destruuct. | |||||||

I bought this one because I needed the serrated edge sharpen stone and find I don't even use the double stone kit anymore. This sharpener didn't work at all when I first bought it. I have not dug anything more than a firepit with it, and wouldnt recommend digging any more than that with it. Great for clearing 'stuff' away for your tent placement, building or emptying a fire pit, that kind of stuff. Fits nicely in a pack too. I hate doing this, but this is the #2 ranked shovel Ive owned, there is another, much better one out there. It is made by Glock. Yes, Glock, the people who make the pistols. Glock, Inc. started by making knives and shovels for the Austrian military, and the shovel and knife pre-date their pistols by several years. The knife, not so good, the shovel is AWESOME. Lightweight, sturdy, simple, folds up very small, even has a nice saw hiding inside the handle. While they are HARD to find, ordering one from a specialty store will be worth your while. The Gerber shovel is great, no complaints, but its still ranked #2 in my book. One advantage, it costs about 1/2 as much as the Glock shovel. | |||||||

And the human body gives off more carbon dioxide then the little mosquito attractant does so guess who the blood suckers head for ? However they knock the hell out of everything else.And some of these are benificial to flowers and your garden. So if you like killing bugs then this is the one to use, But if its mosquitos your after try some deet. There is no easy way to get rid of these pesky fellows. |

I have 3 acres in the country, lots of pine trees and shrubs and this device just cleans out the pests superbly for a remarkable period of time. I have no complaints at all. My only advice to potential buyers would be to FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS for proper use. Do that, and you will have no problems with clogging or anything else. I can do all of the problem areas on my property in about 15 minutes and enjoy at least 10 to 12 hours mosquito free and we are now in the worst of the mosquito season. I can go about a day and a half before the mosquito's are plentiful enough to re-apply a fog. A good product that I would recommend it to a friend. |
