I'd tried Aleve and everything short of going to the doctor when I learned of Trionz. So, I figured, heck, for $20 it's worth a try. I bought the double lite version with the rubber bands. I wear it on my right wrist even though it's my left wrist that is bothering me. Within a week, the pain went away and it was fine for several weeks. Then, I stopped wearing the bracelet and within a week, I tweaked it again and the pain returned. So, I started wearing the Trionz again and again within a few days, the pain is gone. I was skeptical and still wonder if it wasn't just natural healing going on, but I can't argue with success. I never take it off and ordered another one in a different color. Do I feel better overall? Hard to tell, but my running has been better and some of the little aches and pains I used to experience that caused me to only run 3 days a week aren't as bothersome and I now run 5 days a week. All I can say is that this is apparently working for me. It seems to have solved a problem. Next time I go to my doctor, I'm going to mention this to him. I had an appointment scheduled and canceled it because my wrist felt so much better. I would certainly recommend it at least for a try based on my experience. |

Terrific shoe for long distance running and mid-weight females. Shoes are solid for approx 300-325 miles of hard running. I have narrow heels and they fit nice and snug around my foot. Previously had trouble with Nike and Addidas not fitting my foot well and needing a little more motion control than the shoes I was wearing. | Reviews : { Rating: 5.0 out of 5 } | Dakine is a good brand, "Prom Pack" style is not Love the cheetah print, it's subtle but not boring. It seems to be very well constructed, I think it will last a long time. The inside linings are cool too, but this particular style "Prom Pack" has a really annoying problem. When you set it down, it always tips forward and falls onto the front of the pack, so it will get dirty if you put it on the ground or floor. I don't know why this bothers me, but I find it hugely irritating. I constantly have to maneuver it to lean against something when I put it down so it doesn't tip over and spill the contents. And, since it always wants to tip over, it's really hard to get my books out. I feel like I'm always fighting with the stupid thing! IMO, it only holds about 3 big books. I can only fit 2 giant sized microbiology books, a 14" mac laptop, a thin notebook and plastic 3 pocket folder in the pack, so if you need to carry more, pick a different style-the cheetah pattern comes in other styles besides "Prom Pack". I found the pockets on this bag to be fairly standard, with the exception of the soft lined sunglasses pocket on the top, and the little pockets on the sides. I put keys, lip gloss, gum and other small stuff in them that I don't want to dig for. There's also a pocket that's lined for food, but it's only useful if you eat flat food, and I seriously doubt its insulating power. I'm impressed with the quality of this brand, just not the Prom Pack style. |
