I am fair-complected so I require extra bronzers to achieve the color that I'm after. Some lotions claim to get you really dark but I have not been too impressed with them. This lotion delivers the results that I'm looking for. The biggest problem I have with it is the smell. As others have said, it's kind of masculine-smelling, but it's not so bad that I would throw it away. It goes on smooth and moisturizes well but it does leave a bit of a slimy feeling on my skin, which I could do without but, then again, I've noticed that problem with other lotions I've used. Also, there is only 8.5 oz in the bottle so don't expect it to last long. I think it should cost a little less considering that fact.... Bottom line: this product does a much better job than most at getting me the color that I want very quickly so I would probably consider buying it again. My favorite lotion is "Black" by Designer Skin but it does cost a bit more -- it gets me the nice, dark color without the smell or the slimy feeling afterwards :) |

Finally, though, the foil head began to come apart, and I started to get scratched by it. So, I got this replacement kit. It contains a replacement foil, a replacement blade (I would imagine that whenever the foil begins to get damaged by the blade that the opposite happens as well), and a new plastic cap (which is so easy to lose). The Cleancut is a nice razor, and too expensive to throw away just because the foil begins to go, which makes this kit a must. I found the new parts to be easy to install, and I think that this is a great kit. Got a Cleancut that is starting to show its age? Then get this kit! When I opened the bottle I did not find the nozzle to the bottle and when checked the spray nozzle was inside the bottle cap. The worst part is I can see the bottle full of perfume but was not able to use it. How cold they send a broken piece for a full price. I warned all people about buying from Amazon going forward. |

I live in Houston TX and have hair that is thick but tends to frizz and I found that I still had kind of a lot of frizz factor if I used it in my hair after I showered and let me hair air dry. The smell is very beachy/ tropical, and it did help my hair keep some wave. It's just not the best product because I guess I would need a little bit stronger of product to keep waves and be able to scrunch it without having problems with frizz. As advertised it definitely helped my hair be a bit wavier and fun. Maybe I just need hair spray to set it. My hair was very long and the weight may have caused the waves to fall out a bit faster. As you can guess, this isn't my go-to product. I would probably recommend this to someone who has finer hair that doesn't frizz like mine. |
